1. Who we are

2. What we collect
When you join the waitlist or use our contact form, we collect the information you provide, your email address, location (e.g. city/state), and any message you send us. We also automatically receive limited technical data with your request, including approximate geolocation derived from your IP (city/region/country), browser/ user-agent, and the page you came from. We do not collect payment information; the site does not sell anything yet.
3. How we use it
We use this information to: (a) operate and manage the waitlist; (b) respond to your messages; (c) notify you when peppy™ launches and deliver your launch discount; (d) understand demand by region; and (e) prevent abuse and secure the site.
4. Email & marketing
By joining the waitlist you agree to receive launch-related email from us. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or by contacting Peptides@drinkpeppy.com. We comply with applicable email laws, including CAN-SPAM.
5. How it’s stored & who processes it
Your information is stored in our database hosted by Supabase, Inc. and may be processed by service providers that help us run the site and send email (such as our hosting/CDN and email service provider). These providers process data on our behalf under agreements that limit their use of it.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers described above, as required by law, or in connection with a business transfer.
7. Retention
We keep your information until launch and for up to 24 months afterward, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
8. Your choices & rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (for example under CCPA/CPRA or GDPR). To make a request, email Peptides@drinkpeppy.com.
9. Cookies & analytics
The site uses only essential cookies needed to operate it. We do not use advertising cookies.
10. Children
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
11. Changes
We may update this policy; we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above and, where required, notify you.
